SA-1000,SA-1500,and SA-2000 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oils are solvents of new generation applied in coating industry developed in the light of technology for its kind produced by EXXON Corporation.
The aromatic hydrocarbon content of series of aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oils is above 98% so that is possesses good disolving property. It caontains some components with low boiling point, which enable coalings to still possess perfect dissolving property in the rarge of temperature just lower than the boiling point and at the later stage of evaperation of coating film so that it is possible to keep coating film smooth and bright without producing wrinkles.
These is no residue in distilation, existence of which in coating film will inpair the quality of coating. Properties of resins and active dyestuffs in the coating film are not impaired, for content of bromine coming from the solvent oils is low. The products are safe in application for their low toxicity and extremely high flashing point.
SA series of aromatic hydrocarbon is applied widely in coating industry for it has advantages of possessing proper range of distillation and evaperating speed, high boiling point and dissolving prope rty etc, which is especially suitable to be used in coatings baked and is able to improve the quality of coating film
